Answer Manitou 2000 SX Shock Fork pulled from 2000 Gary Fischer Sugar 3 Mountain Bike

Uses a coil spring in combination with an elastomer \"plug.\" Between springs and elastomers. Allows for a variety of ride settings. The microlube ports have recently been greased and damping oil also changed.

From my experience, this shock is best suited for an individual up to 160lbs. It was too soft for my weight of 175lbs.

The shock is cosmetically in great condition. I\'m not sure of the amount of miles on the fork.
