Antique 10\" Royal Doulton Plate-US Capitol-Blue & White-Bowman-1902-1922:

Offered is this antique blue and white decorative plate featuring a large picture of the U.S. Capitol. The plate was made by Royal Doulton and is marked with their early mark used from 1902-1922. In addition to the Royal Doulton mark the bottom of the piece is also marked \"The George H. Bowman Co. Sole Importers Cleveland\".
The plate is 10\" in diameter and has a slightly scalloped edge. It is in very good to excellent condition. The front of the plate has no chips or cracks; there are a few light scratches. The back of the plate does have a tiny chip near the rim (see last photo) but this is not visible from the front.
