We offer a 14 day peace of mind guarantee for all of our sales. In the unlikely event an item has a fault that has not been listed in the item description we will issue a refund or replacement item. Any faults must be reported to us within 7 days of you receiving the item and the item must be returned within 14 days.
Buy it now purchases may be returned to us for a refund within seven working days. The item must be returned unused in its original state. We will refund the item sale price only, postage and packaging will not be refunded. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return postage. All returned items must be packaged securely and we must receive them within seven working days. We advise that you return items using a postal service that will give you a tracking number and will guarantee delivery within this timeframe. This seven day return policy does not apply to our sale items.

Often jewellery can be difficult to capture in photographs and we want you to feel assured that you get what you wanted, so if you are unable to visit our shop to view an item of jewellery, we are happy for you to purchase the item and if you are not happy with it, we will refund you on the retuning of the item. Payment must be received within 4 working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.
If payment is not received within 5 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged
You will be notified on the day that your goods have been despatched
Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report the said damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave response, so we are aware that you have received your goods.
