This remarkable antique 17 th century Russian Religious Icon is the bust of Christ painted on board with an elaborate hand punched brass outer frame-cover. The back board shows the age by having deterioration of the wood and has a very old piece of scroll stating \"Bust Of Christ, School Of Stroganoff, 16 thCentury\". The size is 10 1/2 by 12 3/4 inches, 2 1/2 inches thick where the crown protrudes out and the condition of the art work is very good, the brass frame is in very good condition and I have already discussed the back. The shipping cost listed will probably much lower than the actual because of the insurance cost.
