This sale is for an Intricately carved, wire fastened,open and closed with a folding shelf, Courting Mirror. Exquisite!! One of a kind, this guy wentall out creating this gift for his lady, The craftsmanship is impeccable, therobins are inlaid and they are only about an inch long, the cherry wood hasflowers and leaves cut out of them and tiny accent lines are painted the 4pieces that close the mirror are hinged with wire, It looks like there was somesort of easel on the back that has gone missing, I hung it on the wall and puta small perfume bottle on the folding shelf. The hinges on the shelf are alittle bent and will need to be straightened, there are a few cracks in thewood along the grain, overall it’s 16.5’’ x .5’’, the mirror is flat, has awavy look to it, has a few spots of missing silver backing, is 5.75’’ tall and4.125’’ wide.
