Fantastic item, beautiful flush hinge and still closes tightly like new.Lovely blend of floral and geometric decoration with blank cartouche so it could be engraved by the buyer if desired.Only minor evidence of age as expected, one tiny dink on a corner.The hallmarks are all present, with lion, anchor, date letter \'i\' for 1806, George III head and upside down to the other marks, the SP for Samuel Pemberton.Measures approx 52mm long x 25mm.Any questions please ask.Thank you for looking and happy offerding.
