Wonderful and beautiful and old, this chocolate Dickey Chemist Bottle was originally a bitters bottle, I think. Not sure though. Whatever, it is fantastic to see how much work they went to in order to sell their products. It appears to be hand blown in a mold, as you can still see the wood marks on the neck and sides. The top and lip were applied afterwards and then corked. Amazing. Beautiful color looks great back lit in window or on book shelves by itself. Measure approximately 6\' x 1.75\" x 1.5\".
