1856 Antique sterling silver full hunter fusee pocket watch.

Watch is not working condition and is sold for restoration or parts.

Sterling silver case hallmarked London and dating 1856.

Movement is signed James Rigby, Liverpool (no internal brass dustcover).

Fusee chain appears intact but the cone can not hold the chain that end.

Main spring seems OK.

The movement is missing the escape wheel hence there is nothing for the seconds hand to sit on (no seconds hand).

The escape lever may be damaged where the pallet jewels sit but I can not be certain.

In very good clean condition general aged wear to the silver case.

Hairlines to the dial edge of the enamel dial.

The watch is approximately 48mm in diameter.

Very nice watch but sold as a restoration or parts watch.

I offer lay-by on all my items.I generally ask for 20% of the purchase price as a deposit, however, if it is a larger purchase a 10% deposit issufficient.

It will be up to you to decide how you pay it off, ie. how much you wish to pay and when you wish to pay, as long as the full term does not exceed 6 months.

I will email you a receipt/invoice each time a payment is made (payments can be made via paypal, or for Australian buyers, direct bank deposit is also available).

The invoice will show all payments to date and the amount left to pay.

As soon as it is paid in full I will have it posted to you with tracking.
