Very Good to Excellent Condition for age - Some slight discoloration to pages due to age, cover is protected by plastic that is taped to the inner covers, book spine has some slight fraying at the top and bottom, some pencil and marker marks inside the pages(pictured), broken hinge inside back cover, the previous owners name is in the first few pages, book is signed by WH Newlin Dec 1898 - the chairman of the committee , See all photos and zoom in.
