This beautiful antique Fruit Knife was made byCharles James Allen & Sidney Darwin(1870-1922)in Sheffield, England.Allen & Darwin wasthe youngest firm in the Sheffield trade.

The blade of the knife was made in 1894, the handle in 1890 - according to Registration Numbers.

Classic elegant design with floral engraving on the blade and repousse work on the handle.

The blade made of sterling silver, the handle of mother of pearl.

Excellent condition.

Measurements:

7-5/16\" long

38.3 grams / 1.35 Oz

Marked:

A&D, crown, lion, letter k, RD 143384 - on the handle, A&D, crown, lion, letter I, RD 221148 - on the blade.
