Antique American historical William McKinley & The Evening Telegraph combination political advertising pinback from Whitehead Hoag, c.1900, USA. Orange tint around central black and white portrait. Blue/green aqau-colored text around image reads \"The Evening Telegraph\". Strip of white text at bottom reads \"WM McKinley\". Tiny \"Copyright 1900\" on bottom edge. Rear shows Whitehead Hoag branded insert and back.

Measures 1 1/4\" in Diameter.

Good. Three horizontal lines of crazing; two appear to the left of the image, roughly level with the first and second \"E\" in \"Evening\", and one above the \"Copyright\" section of text. Peeling of the pin\'s coating shows down to the base layer on the right edge. Some color fading to the background and text but still strong and dark.Stain to white paper Hoag label.
