If you think of American timepieces, one name that will come to mind is American Waltham. Waltham is an icon of American Watches, selling watches to the public from as early as 1853.

This particular sale features a part of that history. Here is aCirca 1903, Size 6, Multi-Color Dial American WalthamHunting Case Pocketwatch. It is a True Classic!!!

TheModel 1890, Gilt movement is marked American Waltham Watch Co. with the serial number12195802 dating this timepiece to the1903 according to published production records. The Pendent Set movementsets and windsproperly as well as keeps excellent time following a complete servicelast week.

The Fire Baked Fancy Multi-Color Enamel Dial is quite remarkable and is in excellent condition. It has RBlack ArabicNumerals surrounded by a Gold Scroll and Blue Dots at the 5 minute markers.It is marked American Waltham beneath the 12 position andhas Blue Steel Spade Hands which are nice as well as the subsidiary hand. (A spider hairline over the name)

TheSterling SilverKeystone Case is innice condition. It is marked: Keystone, Watch Case Co., Sterling, Guaranteed .925, Sterling, 4055553.
