Good Day, Here is a very old and well kept Antique Watch, a Knickerbocker with a 7 Jewel Movement adjusted 2 times. (Heat/Cold), It is in running condition and seems to run well at being wound 3/4 or around 6-7 times. I have ran it several times and it has performed nicely, Keeping fair time within a few minitues in a 12 hour or so period. I do not know when the watch was last serviced and if it would fit my hand i would be looking into it. The Band is hallmarked with several different marks of date and gold content and maker, a very fine piece. The Band stretched is around 4\" with a 1-1/2\" gap inside, so if your hand is smaller than average it may fit just fine. In pre-WW-1 times people were somewhat more thin than today and this is i think a men\'s watch of the times, it would be a fantastic gift item for someone special. Setting this watch requires pulling pretty hard on the crown, it is very well built and sets just fine. The dial is a looker, has a excellent porcelain white finish with a easily seen minute railroad track minute reader and a red 12 oclock numeral. The Case is as beforehand mentioned double coated Gold filled 20 year finish, with lots of finish left. watch really looks Great! Please bear in mind that it may run just fine, especially if you will wear it, this always helps a antique timepiece for warming it makes it hum better, a service may be needed on watch. This watch will only get more expensive and hard to find in the future, a better investment than gold itself per how much you spend, (in my opinion).
