We would rather have you bepleasantly surprised than disappointed when you receive your cards. Each card is carefully graded before we listthe item and appropriate notations regarding the condition are provided in theitem description. “Good” is the highestgrading that we use as all of our cards are old/vintage, and may have beenpostally used.

GOODmay mean cards that are clean, with no apparent wear; or it may mean that thecard has light corner wear, light edge wear, a light crease/creases, a smallrip or tear in the border area, or a trace of ink from the cancel showing onthe front.

FAIR+ TO GOOD, or FAIR means moderate corner and/or edge wear, or more than onecrease or border tear, or moderate soiling.

POORTO FAIR means corner wear, edge wear, significant creasing and/orsignificant soiling or border tears.

POORis a grade that we seldom use. Itindicates a card that is on the brink of being tossed in the trash, but isoffered for sale because of subject or historical significance.
