Design\",\"Made in the USA\", \"Pat. Pend.\", and \"869\", which may be the model number. Lamp wastested and works, and is believed to still have the original electrical wiring and sockets.Measures 15 inches in diameter andstands 11-1/2 inches tall. Comes with the old hanging chain.
