NOTE: From out of America\'s past comes hardwood from J. Shepherd Parrish Company, Chicago, Illinois. Manufactured in Hobert, Michigan, heart of hardwood country. The Parrish Company was founded in the 1800\'s and closed in 1930. Hardwood items in solid cherry, maple and oak, made by J. Shepherd Parrish, are the only solid hardwood items found today. Truly a find for collectors, painters, craftsman and hobbyists. These two items were bought & packaged in 1982 by Hubes Glass City, Fayette, Ohio.
