WE ARE SELLING A OUTSTANDING 1800\'S ANTIQUE WOODEN CHILD\'S SLED. JUST IN TIME FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON. THIS SLED HAS SUCH A GREAT FOLK ART PRIMITIVE LOOK TO IT. THE SLED IS ALL PINE EXCEPT A BAND OF WROUGHT IRON THE RUNS ON THE SKIS AND THE IRON BOLTS. THE TOP AND SIDE IS ALL HAND PAINTED WITH THE BIRD DESIGN IN THE CENTER. THE SLED MEASURES 33\" LONG BY 11\" WIDE AND STANDS 12\" TALL ON THE HIGH END AND 7\" ON THE LOW SIDE. THERE ARE SIGNS OF AGE BUT IN OVERALL EXCELLENT CONDITION. ITS POSSIBLE THE CENTER PAINTED BOARD IT NOT ORIGINAL TO THIS SLED BECAUSE THERE ARE EXTRA HOLES WHERE THERE ARE NO BOARDS BUT THATS JUST A GUESS. THIS WOULD LOOK FANTASTIC IN ANY HOME OR OFFICE.
