Superb antique Victorian periodsteel nutcracker, probably from c.1860 to 1900. Appear to be cast, turned, cut and polished. The elbow (hinge) freely rotates to allow nutcracker fold one way or completely flip the other way. Very sturdy and perfectly functional. Please look at photos carefully,they arean integral part of the description and condition.

Condition: Excellent antique condition with age appropriate use wear. Beautiful old patina. Not cleaned - left as found.
