Antique and AUTHENTIC 19th SOLID BRASS BRIDE\'S WEDDING BOWL with 2 RUSSIAN HALLMARKS dated 1880 and 1898. This piece MEASURES 15 1/4\" wide by 3 3/4\" high with a HANGING LOOP. What a BEAUTIFUL TRADITION it is in a RUSSIAN WEDDING for the BRIDE to present the bread in this bowl to her new MOTHER in LAW. As an interior designer who buys thousands of antique items a year, I have never run across one of these. It is SIMPLE, AUTHENTIC and HEAVY.
