Here we havean intricately hand pieced and quilted Tree of Life quilt. A favorite and rarely found pattern, this quilt is inneed of a skilled hand but seems definitely worthy of restoration. The body ofthe quilt is strong save for the red or cranberry tips of the trees, almost allof which are worn through. Remarkably all but one of the green trunks, andwhite ground appear unscathed. The border has issues as well, however could beeasily trimmed, removed or replaced. There are also a couple of areas withlight colored storage stains. We are notexperts in this area, and perhaps this quilt is better considered a cutter,therefore the opening price is set to reflect these issues. The measurements are approx. 76”by 67”.
