You are offerding on an antique RARE NICE war club from Vanuatu/New Hebrides. It dates from the second half of the 19th century. It is in wonderful condition with the braided hair still on the finial (most of the time missing), it has minor scratches etc visible in the pictures. The club is 45 inches long, it seems typical size for these. The wood shows very nice patina. Last pictures show an image with a similar club from a catalog published around 1895. Very nice example.
