The extraordinary, unique and rare 19th century Victorian Rosary has a multiple relic Trefoil Reliquary Crucifix
The ebony wood inlay Trefoil Crucifix measures about 3\" (7.5 cm) long
and contains various relics of unidentified Saints of the Catholic Church on gold leaf
I believe the central relic to be the Relic of the True Cross of Jesus
The large faceted amber glass beads measure about 12 mm each
The chain and links are made of solid sterling silver
The lid of the Memento Mori locket is made of faceted dark purple glass and the back is black metal
The Memento Mori Locket measures about 1 3/8\" x 1 1/8\" (32 mm x 28 mm)
There are a few chips on the glass lid and one tiny glass bead is missing from the Cross on the lid (see pictures)
This Memento Mori locket was used to keep something special that belonged to a family member who passed away
The stretched out rosary measures about 26\" long (66 cm) from the end of the Crucifix to the end of the locket
