Antique 19thC Dutch Amstel Porcelain Fruit Scene Cup & Saucer Porzellan Tasse :

For sale is a cup and saucer made by Amstel in about 1809. It is hand painted with nice scene of a fruit basket with fruit spilling out onto the grass and an elaborate gold trim. Both pieces are in good condition with the saucer having a short tight hairline. They are marked with the above glaze black Amstel mark rarely used. The one on the saucer is almost entirely worn off and can only be seen when held at the right angle. The cup is 2.375 inches tall and the same in diameter.
