For sale is a porcelain spoon made in Germany in the late 18th to early 19th century. Probably for mustard or mayonnaise or mustard or jelly. It is hand painted with an under glaze straw flower pattern in blue embellished with some over glaze color, some added bugs and a superb gold trim. The spoon is in perfect condition. Sadly it is unmarked but it is certainly German and from a good maker! The spoon is 4.75 inches long with the stem being 3.5 inches long and the bowl being 0.5 inches deep and 1.375 inches in diameter.
