This is Monumental late 19thC, 5 1/2 Ft Tall Spelter Metal Medieval style Norse Viking Warrior Statue featuring an Amazing Original lightly aged finish and mounted onto an Atique Wooden Base that looks to have been added around the time of electrification in the 1940\'s or so. This Impressive Bannister Lamp stood at the Bottom of a Winding Staircase in an Old Brownstone in Chicago. The attention to detail is phenomenal and the condition is excellent for the age. The Statue Portion can be removed from the base and will be shipped in separate boxes. Wiring is functional but should always be looked over by a professional before prolonged use. Shade and mount are vintage additions and are not original though it displays very well with the lamp Overall.
