DESCRIPTION

A large antique 19th century Pennsylvania German cake or cookie cutter found locally in Lancaster County PA..

A charming primitive figure of a man riding a horse. Unusual with just the horses head defined, the cookies or cakes cut from this type of early mold were decorated with icings to give definition to the shape.

A lovely antique cutter to make decorations to hang upon your Christmas Tree

Quite sturdy this is not a thin flexiable cutter. It has a flat back with cross bracing that is soldered to the cutter for giving more strength to the shape and for adding pressure when cutting out dough or cake.The tin is lap joined and soldered.

Good and strong and heavy ... and of a good size!

Excellent Condition

Appropriate oxidation to the tin and a small amount of rust here and there.

No splits or cracks.

We ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Our preferred carrier is the US Postal Service, however, we can ship by other carriers if the buyer has a preference. We do our own expert professional quality packing and do not add any packing or handling charges.

Payments, Refunds and Layaways

We ask for one third (1/3) deposit at purchase with the balance due within 90 days, the balance within this 90 day period can be paid in whatever increments or amounts are convenient to the buyer. Cancellation during this period, however, means a forfeiture of the deposit.
