• Everything in the photographs are included.

• The bar was heavily used for decades, and has signs of wear, but is structurally sound.

• As for issues, the footstool will need revarnishing, someone wrote in marker on two small areas on bar top, The sliding doors on the bottom of the back bar are tight, and there are some cigarette burns in one corner of the back bar where I assume the barkeep set.

• I will be available to help in removing the bar.

• If needed, I will accept a deposit to hold the bar if time is needed for transportation. Please contact me before purchasing.

• The condition of the cooler is unknown as there is no electricity in the building.
