24 INCH ANTIQUE GERMAN BISQUE DOLL by Wislizenus

This doll is from a smoke free home and has no odors.

This sweet doll, circa 1910. has a bisque head with pierced ears, tons of curly blonde hair, and a jointed composition body. She is 24 inches tall, and is made by Wislizenus (Marked AW W Germany. See photo.)
EXCELLENT CONDITION. Original composition body has original paint, including the red outlines on fingers and toes. (SO cute! I LOVE the toes!) The body has only very minor imperfections,nothing of real concern. The head is free of any hairlines or bisque chips. She has wonderful brown glass eyes, and an open mouth with 4 pearly white teeth. You can see by the pictures that her body is great and she is gorgeous. I purchased this coll in 1971, with the clothing and wig she is wearing and I haven\'t changed a thing except somehow she lost her earrings. She has been kept in our smoke-free home ever since.
She is wearing a blue silk dress with lace collar, cotton pantaloons and half slip (... and even a padded bra! The little old lady I purchased her from put bras on all of her lady dolls. I didn\'t have the heart to remove it.) She is also wearing antique shoes. Outfit is not original, but old and appropriate.
