Most Beautiful Face on this Antique BisqueHeaddoll. Most Breath Taking BLUE EYESever. Made in France in the early 1900s.She looks to have some repaint in areas, as I will try to describe the best I can tell. She is a Hard to Find doll and a wonderful size, roughly 28\".well dressed.

Her eyes are stationary swirl glass ofpale blue, feather brows, painted upper and lower lashes, red dot accents at inner eyes and nostrils. Her mouth is open with top square cut teeth. Darling dimple chin

Marked on the back of her head 32 Mon TRESOR and number down at the neck

I see no cracks or chips to her bisque head, but can see repaint around both ears, I think they used to be pierced and must have chipped, and repaired and repainted. No longer pierced ears.but look great. light rub or two. Her wig is just gorgeous a reddish blonde, long curls in old mohair.. I have removed it from the back as you can see the glue residue I did not clean off, as I needed to check inside. I don\'t think the eyes ever were sleep eyes, they are stationary as shown from the inside. Wig is still attached to her forehead.

Her body is composition, I can see some repaint, marks and wearnothing too bad, please check the photos. Not sure if anything has been replaced or not as I am not the first owner. And do not do repairs.She has all her fingers. I did not remove her shoes as I know I would never get them back on, but I will if you will put them on her.

She is wearing a darling cotton floral dress with ecru lace trim, slip and pantaloons her shoes and socks. Ready for display. Please enlarge photos for close ups. Ask if you need more I can send you. But not on the last day of the sale, I will not be home.

.Keep in mind back then they took care of their dolls as it may have been the only one they ever got, unlike now the girls strip them through them in a corner, and off the junk pile to get a newer one. These olddolls need to be kept alive for our next generation of collectors.
