Up for sale is a terrific antique Imperial Russian brass nutcracker. It\'s approx. 4.75\" long and has a crown mark and words. I can\'t type the characters but I took my best stab at looking the Russian alphabet up and writing down the English version. The best I can come up with is \"F. Varbi\" with the word \"Paeva\" under that--but again, that\'s my best guess. I purchased this at an estate sale and don\'t know its age but for sure pre-1917 and likely 19th century. It\'s in very nice condition with just an aging patina to the brass.
