Beautiful and unique old large soup type spoon, stamped 800 silver with gold wash.
The details on the handle are intricately carved and also show a green cabochon stone of some type (??)
Appx. length of spoon 6-3/4\" and spoon end portion is appx. 2-1/4\" x 1-1/2\". It weighs 35.2 grams. I see no bad wear to the gold wash finish. The markings on the back of the handle are shown close-up in the photos. From what I could find about these marks is from Germany by Bruckmann & Sohne, but I am not original owner, expert or collector of these type items, so Please look at all the photos as they are part of the description and ask any specific questions or request additional photos.
