This antique gumball machine was a recent estate sale find so nothing is known of its history. We believe it is a \"Model D\" but we are not experts on coin operated machines so please rely on your own research.

The machine stands about 13\" high and has a glass globe that is about 6\" in diameter.It has a base that is about 7 1/4\" wide by 6 1/4\" from front to back.

Based on the paint on the underside of the removable metal cap, the paint on the machine seemsto be original and unretouched. It has a lock on thebottom panelbut no key was found orincluded with this listing.

The faceplate of the mechanism is marked with \"Advance Machine Co. Chicago, U.S.A.\" and \"Pat. 3-8-04, 11-5-12, Pat\'s Pend\'g.\"

We tested the mechanism with a penny and it appears to work properly other than the internal gumball chute appears to be missing.
