This plate is a beauty, and one of many we will be listing - with very similar style, just a bit of variety on the rim gilding, to add some interest to a pretty table setting. This plate comes from the Charles Ahrenfeldt pottery, in their Catalina pattern - made between 1894-1930. It was both made and decorated by the factory. The plate has a less-than 1/8\" thin, bright emerald green band near the outer gold etched rim. Another 1\" palest cream band is on the shelf, and the center is white, framed by a thin gold gilt accent line. Very clean-looking, and quite pleasing for the lover of emerald or green! Condition: No chips, crazing, cracks, breaks, or repairs. Nearly new condition, just a couple tiniest marks in center.
