Here\'s a late 19th early 20th century Anglo Indian casket shaped box featuring inlaid bone decorations and an inlaid scene of Elephants on the lid.

The box measures 33 cms long, 18 cms wide and 18 cms tall.

Condition is generally very good although there are the following faults:-

There is a piece of wood missing on one rear corner.

One of the hinges has a piece broken off of it.

Some of the wooden insets around the bone inlay on both the front and rear sides are missing.

The beading along one edge of the top has rotten with age.

There are the occasional marks and scratches around the box and some fading to the lid commensurate with age and all pictured.
