Antique Art Nouveau Charm Austro-Hungarian Silver Engraved Wading Stork HMK

This is a fabulous antique Art Nouveau charm which depicts a stork wading in a marsh. The charm bears the Austo-Hungarian Dianakopf or Diana\'s head mark, which denotes .900 silver, and dates from 1872 to 1922. The Diana stamp represents Diana from Roma mythology, goddess of the hunt, moon, and birthing, and is associated with wild animals and woodland. This is a very old stamp, and rare to find on charms. In addition, there is a maker\'s mark \"RS.\" The charm is beautifully modeled in hand-cut, thick silver with fine engraved detail. In the day in which this was made, there were no laser-cutting machines. Charms such as this one were all skillfully carved by hand. It measures a little over 5/8\" in diameter excluding the suspension loop, and is in excellent condition for its age. Just needs a little polish. Shipping Terms

Your vintage / antique charm (s) will be shipped within 24 hours (with the exception of weekends and holidays) of your processed payment. For items totaling $50 or more, insurance will be added free of charge for domestic purchases.

For sales ending on Saturday or Sunday, your charm (s) will be shipped the following Monday.

For international purchases totaling up to $100, the shipping charge will be $22.95. For international purchases totaling more than $100, the shipping charge will be $43 for Canadian buyers and $48 for all other international buyers. This Express Mail service will require a signature upon receipt.

Please allow approximately four to six business days for delivery of domestic items. Arkansas residents must pay 6.5%, plus applicable local county tax. International buyers, please bear in mind that you\'ll be responsible for your country\'s duty/vat fee. Please research the fee before making a purchase. This fee is non-refundable.
