Beautiful Art Nouveau Wrought Iron and Cast Iron (base) umbrella stand from Europe. Not sure if it\'s French or Belgian, I bought it about 10 years ago when I lived in Belguim at a Flea Market on the border of the 2 countries.It stands 31 inches tall and at its widest area is 17 inches. It\'s a solid, heavy piece of a time long gone. The base plate is cracked in half right along the center edge, (see photo) but it certainly does not detract in any way from the piece and is barely visible when empty.
