Thisbeautiful decorated Ashworth Brothers Tureen; it features colorful flowers andbird illustrations. The two piece set has a lid has that has scalloped edgewith a blue pattern design on the final; the base is scalloped with two mshaped handles. The pieces are decorated witha beautiful bird, branches andflowers in the colorful array of pink, orange, yellow, blue with green leavesand black accents on an off white background. The piece is stamped with the blueAshworth Brothers Handley England, which dates this to 1880-1890. This is agreat collectible piece to put on display in a bed and breakfast the colors andscenes are delightful, excellent for the china cabinet or on the side board toadd that inviting welcome charm.

Condition:Very Good for the age, hairline crack in the interior, some wear on handle pattern,trim, and crazing.
