This is an antiqueauthentic 1/2L German Regimental or Reservist Beer Stein named to Josef Taubeneder for hisreserve years in the 16th Regiment 7th Infantry Companyfor the years 1902-1904 in Passau. The stein features transfer prints and hand-painted detailsincluding the roster on either sideof the handle. It has a Bavarianstyle rampantlion and shield thumb liftand a lithophane of King Ludwig II.
The stein measures 10 1/2\" tall to the top of the pewter thumb lift. There are no chips, cracks, hairlines or pewter damage; slight paint wear to bottom ring around base, otherwise mint.
