Antique Big 21\" Coquette Baby Composition Cloth VTG MaMa Doll Ideal Flirty Eyes/:

For your consideration, is this beautiful old composition and cloth 21\" baby doll that I believe to be \"Coquette\" by Ideal. Made in the 1940\'s, she has blue flirty working sleep eyes, a blondish caracurl wig, and a working cryer that ways \"ma-ma\", 2 distinct Ma\'s. I cannot make out a mark on her but it looks like very faint letters in certain light, Not clear.
She comes dressed in her original off white organdy dress and matching bonnet. There is pale pink smocking across the yoke . The hat is wonderful with the darling little pink edged ruffled brim and lots of smoking with old wornpink ribbon ties. The original slip is also there. She is wearing pink hand crocheted booties. The dress has one very tiny hole in the front which can be hidden in the gathers and has some very light tan stains, mostly in the back that do not detract. The bonnet is fine;
Her precious face, similar to the Princess Beatrix face,has nice coloring, some dark eye shadow, red rose bud closed mouth, some light cheek color.Most ofpaint missing on the brows. Lashes are intact. There is crazing on the face. Check pictures as they are an important part of the description. Fingernails have a factory pale peach color to them and some faint rose in the knees.
Hair: a curacurl tightly curled wig in good condition with no bare spots. There is curly molded unpainted hair under the wig. Many of these had molded hair.
The original body is fairly clean, has a couple of mends and as i say, has working crier. There is very little if any crazing on the arms whichattach at shoulders for nice posing. The legs are pretty goodexcept fora few small paint cracks and the big toe has paint gone.There are paint cracks on each side of neck as shown in pictures, not into the compo, just paint. This is the part mentioned that could use repair but is hidden by the bonnet. We are a non smoking home and she has no odors.
