This is a wonderful very hard to find doll in fine condition. It even comes with a 1976 book signed by the author to the dolls owner with a photo of this doll as a title page photo in the book. Bought direct from the estate. The book is Collectible Black Dolls by John Axe number 3. The doll is a sweet German paper Mache doll with all original outfit and hair. Nothing has been altered on this sweet beauty. She measures 11 x 5 x 2 inches. She does have some expected paint crazing and a little loss to the paint on the feet, overall in excellent condition.
