This is a real nice set of forks. they look like they\'ve never been used. The fork parts are silver plate , the bands are sterling and the handles are mother of pearl. The handles have taken on a blue hue from being in the box for so long. I haven\'t tried to clean them and I won\'t guarantee that they will clean. I sell everything I list exactly the way I find it. The box is marked Mappin 4 Webb By Appointment by His Majesty George V. Montreal, Paris & London. The box has some scratches but is sound. The the 6 forks measure 6 inches long.
