This wonderful pocket compass is 2\" in diameter and 1/2\" high with the cover on. The cover screws on and off. There is an image of the compass on the inside of the cover.It seems that it was there when new as it has a little greening around the edge. Probably from the brass. It looks old and seems to have the proper amount of wear. Also, I have not been able to find one like it anywhere. Overall, it is in very good condition for it\'s age. My pictures are not very good.Depending on the light the color seems to change. Please look carefully at the pictures and feel free to ask for more. This will make a great addition to any collection.
