A great deal on thispiece of Americana history. You\'ll find this in great shape considering the age (I didn\'t oil cast-iron for the pictures to make certain you see current condition). I am sure someone with experience/knowledge can make this piece shine. The cast-iron has the beautiful scroll designs Brighton grinders of this period are known for.This item is complete, it did not come with a cup/catcher for the ground coffee, but I have been able to use several glass cups that look great.

The Premier marked, glass jar shows the age of the original piece with tiny bubbles in the glass. I have not removed the jar from the base or the lid from the jar as I am not experienced with this piece and they are tight -I felt it better for the eventual owner to handle the piece themselves. You\'ll thank me... I\'m not thatcoordinated!

It measures 15.5\" tall, it would extend out from the wall about 10\" to the tip ofthe handle - which is in very nice shape, too - the space for the cup is around 3.25\" - 3.5\". I have it mounted on a piece of hickory which I will send with for protection and I will pack very carefully to keep this very old piece in its current good condition.
