A stunningCharles Horner Art Nouveau Sterling Silver & Purple Guilloche Enamel Pendant dating to 1912, which comes complete & ready to wear on a later Sterling Silver Box Chain, as shown(please study the detailed close-up photographs, which form an integral part of the item\'s description).
This wonderful Antique Enamelled Silver Pendant/Necklace consists of an oval central tableau decorated with Purple Guilloche Enamel within a beautiful Art Nouveau openwork scrolling sinuous frame that terminates with a conforming teardrop droplet - all suspended on a later Sterling Silver Box Chain.
As shown, this fine quality Art Nouveau Pendant is stamped on the reverse with the maker\'s mark \'C.H\' for the highly regarded firm of Halifax Silversmiths Charles Horner Ltd, together with a full Chester Hallmark, confirming that it is was made in 1912 from solid Sterling Silver.
Overall this antique Pendant is in great condition with no loss of Enamel and only a couple of tiny areas of wear to the surface, as shown, which are barely visible to the naked eye. This beautiful Charles Horner Pendant, which weighs 2.9 grams without it\'s 18 inch Silver Chain or 6.3 grams with it, has the following dimensions:length (drop) approx\' 4.8cms (including bale) by a width of approx\' 2.2cms.
