This is a spectacular and magnificent Antique Chinese Deeply carved dense wood planter stand with octagonal marble inset top. It is all black lacquer coated with ornate carving throughout even on the legs.
It measures 35.5 inches (88.8 cm) tall with a table top diameter of 13 inches (33 cm).
It weighs a substantial over 21 pounds (9.513 Kg) by itself without any packing materials.
Here\'s what I stated about the condition of this work of carving arts stand:Good used condition very strong sturdy and stable and able to withstand substantial weight. There is a wood separation at inset finial interior center base, but still keeps integrity and is attached at 3 other sides. A bit dusty in crevices.
Truly a spectacular and rare deeply carved black lacquer Planter stand of obvious early era quality, so you may want to grab it quick, before it is gone!
