This listing is for an antique, circa 1900, Chinese sterling silver and enamel sculpture of a bird with gemstones. It measures 5 ¾ inches or 14.5 cm high and is 3 ¼ inches or 8 cm at its widest. It weighs 6.25 troy ounces or 194 grams, the silver is unmarked but has been tested and is guaranteed to be so.

This fine silver sculpture features a square stepped base with beaded fringe along the bottom edge. The bird is shown standing on his perch, with a circular base below, also decorated with fringe. The entire piece is decorated with enamels, some iridescent. The sides of the wings and the birds eyes are colored gemstones.

The condition overall is very good, there are some tassels missing from the around the bottom edge, and some minor flakes in the enamel. Please refer to the photos for more on the look and condition as they are an important part of the description.
