A Stunning 19\" Closed Mouth Solid Dome, Bisque Head Doll that is excellent with no damage. She is only marked with an 8. She has a very pale bisque, feathered brows , almond paperweight set eyes with eye liner, and beautiful full lips, closed mouth with dark line between. She looks similar to Early Kling Lady Dolls, but much paler color and such a sweet innocent face. Her wig is wonderful long human hair wig with braids at the top front of her head with 10\" long straight auburn hair that perfectly matches her brown eye brows and goes to her butt area. She has a kid leather body thatshows its age, some cracks at the knees and the upper body was covered in cotton toprotect it. The bisque lower arms are in perfect condition.

The cotton print dress is a newer replacement that fits her well. She is adorned with a fancy velvet belt with an antique gold-filled buckle that is set with real tiny seed pearls. She is also wearing a beautiful deep aqua silk bonnet with a long ribbon to match her hair. She also has a very special antique enamel floral G-F pin on her collar. She has wonderful undergarments of a camisole, pantaloons and a fancy detailed cotton slip. She has socks and very old French Black Oil Cloth Shoes with buckles that are marked with a number 6. They are in great condition and tie nicely at her ankle. This doll has such a special presence and will melt your heart. I believe she is German, made for the French Market.
