Antique Cup and Saucer Royal Doulton/Doulton Burslem Circa 1890-1920:

This is a beautiful antique Doulton Burslem cup and saucer Circa 1890-1920. The decoration has raised gold borders and appears to be hand painted from the factory. There are 3 marks on the back of the saucer including a set of initials of what appears to be a stylized A E and another mark which may indicate the age or date. It is in remarkably good condition for its age. The enameling or painting appears pretty much 100% intact. The saucer measures a little over 2\" tall and about 3 1/2\" wide and the plate measures 5 1/2\" across. It has a soft wonderful Art Nouveau flavor to it.
