Antique woolen doll coat with red soutache braid decoration. Red soutache is a deeper shade than the photos could show. Hidden hook and loop closures at the front. Fully lined with black cotton lining. Ca. 1910\'s. It is skillfully made. This lovely woolen coat was discovered from a family\'s estate in a doll trunk with many other wonderful antique doll costumes. Slightly belled (flared) sleeves. The coat measures approximately 16 1/2 inches long from the shoulder to the lower hem edge. The waist measures approximately 20 inches around. The sleeves measure approximately 8 inches long and the smallest arm opening is approximately 8 inches around. The shoulder to shoulder measurement at the back is approximately 6 1/4 inches across. It will fit approximately a 25 to 27 inch doll but please use all measurements to make sure that it will work for your doll. This wool dress coat is a wonderful antique addition to your antique doll\'s wardrobe. It is in amazing condition from being carefully stored in a family trunk for years.
