This old handcrafted dough scraper has an iron scraper with a carved wood handle. It measures 4-1/2\" long x 3-1/2\" wide. The shank of the scraper blade runs completely through the handle and is turned into the wood for a secure and lasting bond with the handle.

It remains in good condition, but the blade shows a nick on one edge.

A great early kitchen necessity that is still functional today!
